Our Journey
Jiwa Bahubali’s story is one of resilience, determination, and an unwavering commitment to empowering the textile industry. It all started in 2004, when our founder, Shyam Sir, began his career as a helper in the textile industry. After two months, he took up a labor contract in the embroidery sector, gaining firsthand experience in the industry’s challenges.
By 2009, he realized that continuing in labor-intensive work would not lead to long-term growth and respect. With a vision to build something bigger, he stepped into the machine trading business, initially working as a broker for embroidery machines. His deep understanding of the market and commitment to customer satisfaction allowed him to transition into full-scale machine trading by 2011. The business gained momentum, and by 2013, Jiwa Bahubali had become a trusted name in the industry.
Innovation & Customer-Centric Approach
2016: We launched a machine exchange program, allowing customers to trade in their old embroidery machines for new ones.
2020: We took customer support to the next level by offering lifetime free service for first-time owners—a game-changer in the embroidery industry.
